  • Cumin Powder (Zeera Powder): 1 teaspoon
  • Garam Masala: 1 teaspoon
  • Ajwain (Carom Seeds): 1 teaspoon
  • Salt (Namak): To taste
  • Oil: For deep frying

Instructions (Tarkeeb):

  1. Sab se pehle, Surmai ke steaks ko aachi tarah dho kar ek paper towel se bilkul khushk (dry) kar lein. Is par bilkul paani nahi hona chahiye.
  2. Ek bare bowl mein, lehsan-adrak paste, leemu ka ras, aur saare sookhe masalay (lal mirch, haldi, dhaniya, zeera, garam masala, ajwain, aur namak) daal dein.
  3. Ismein thora sa (1-2 tablespoon) paani daal kar ek thick, lais-daar (paste-like) masala bana lein.
